Question： HangCha CPCD250-W36 Diesel Forklift's Engine Malfunction Indicator Lamp Alarm, What's Wrong?
Field inspect & Failure conclusion:
1. Connect to the computer, only non -present failure code 1911 fuel pressure is higher than the specified value, 45 times, the customer first replace all fuel filter, and then observe it.
2. Customers react to the host instrument panel fault light, the engine didn't alarm when we connect it to the computer, the Hangcha factory deal with the alarm of instrument panel.
3. Check the oil leakage, find that there are traces of oil leakage at the cover of the oil cooler, wipe the marks of oil leakage, observe the test machine for 1 hour, no signs of oil leakage. we let our customers observe it, if the organic oil traces at the cover of the oil cooler again, we'll replace the oil cooler gasket.
