Failure information: the engine billows black
Generation information：
The engine model: QSB7
The engine worked hours（MI/KM/HRS）：1384H
Equipment information：
The euipment model: XCMG XE215DA excavator
Field inspect
1. Check the low-pressure oil line, it is normal.
2. Check the air intake system, it is normal.
3. Connect to the computer, there is no current fault code, clear all non-current fault codes, test the machine, and it works normally.
4. Do a cylinder disconnection test and see that each cylinder works normally.
5. Test the machine and check the oil pressure, fuel pressure, intake pressure, and other work-related data. Everything is normal.
6. The on-site work was observed for four hours, everything was normal, and the customer continued to use and observe.
